This Apartment is located in the residential area of Poblenou, and is a very charming district and has its own history. This building was built in 1892 and is protected by the government to conserve the ancient history.
The pedestrian street is the main avenue, with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops, you will enjoy its lively energy and colour. Its also very close to one of the best beaches in Barcelona: Bogatell.
Tastefully decorated with warm colours, your stay will be pleasant, quiet and comfortable. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, a big living room, bathroom and full equipped kitchen.
The modern decoration mixes with classic elements creating and remembering the history of this district.
The apartment is in a privileged location, just 4 minutes walking from the best and cleanest city beaches “Bogatell” and with easy access to the centre with public transport.
Poble Nou neighbourhood mixes old Spanish charm with great new developments such as the Forum music venue and Diagonal del Mar, Europes' biggest luxury shopping mall.
This district is being renovated and converted into the technological area called 22@ where many IT companies are located, however they are respecting the traditional atmosphere with regards to building.
Well-located for accessing the city centre, frequent public transport will take you into Gotico, Las Ramblas and all of the central areas in Barcelona in less 10 minutes.

The living room area has a double sofa bed, storage area, and a large cabinet for the TV. The dining area has a big table with seating for four.
This room and the kitchen have lots of natural light which allows the space to feel open and natural.
The master bedroom has a big double bed, night tables and lamps and a big wardrobe. There is access to the balcony where you can enjoy the life and views of the Rambla.
The second bedroom has two single beds, a big wardrobe and a desk.
The bathroom has a bath with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.
APARTMENT KITCHEN
Heating, fans, wash machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, bed linen and towels are provided.
Internet connection is available on request.
Pets and parties are not allowed.
