委员会咋说俺不管（俺也觉得他们给的这个说法比较牵强），以俺在德国的生活体验，奥巴马光凭去年竞选成功就够拿这个奖。毕竟本来设置诺贝尔和平奖的主要用意就在宣传普世价值——至于我们怎么评价西方这个普世价值是另外一个话题。
到大选后期，奥巴马在美国之外拥有压倒性的支持率，主要还是由于在外国平常百姓心里，一个将登大位的，魅力非凡的黑人本身已成为平等正义这些普世价值的一个有血有肉的象征。而他最终取得的胜利本身对这些小老百姓就是个巨大的鼓舞，想想大选结果出来后cnn第一时间播出的那些全世界各个城市热烈欢庆的场面就不难明白。所以从这个意义上讲，这个奖发给奥总俺觉得是再合适没有了。
下面这段话说的很合我心意
