1. 西葫芦洗净抹干后切去头尾，纵切成两半。用小汤勺把西葫芦瓜肉挖出切碎，西葫芦壳洒上少许食盐。洋葱剥皮后切碎。烤箱预热到200C/400F。
2. 取一盆，放入切碎的西葫芦瓜肉，洋葱，肉糜，鸡蛋和面包糠，加入盐和胡椒调味拌匀。将其填入西葫芦壳中。填好后放入烤模内。西红柿切成小丁，放入西葫芦留出的空隙中。倒入蔬菜汤，放入烤箱烘焙25分钟。
3. 面粉和鲜奶油放入小锅搅拌均匀，低火煮至小沸的状态。熄火移开，入盐和胡椒调味，然后放入欧芹末和葱末拌匀。
4. 取出西葫芦，倒入煮好的奶油糊，表面洒上大孔芝士。放回烤箱烘焙10分钟左右直到芝士融化即可。

１．蒜头，红葱头以及辣椒剁碎放入碗里。樱桃番茄切丁后加入碗里。茄子切成粗条。烧热油锅，放入茄条炸至淡黄色，捞起来沥去多余油脂。
２．炒锅内放1大勺左右的油，放入剁碎的番茄辣椒等材料，炒香后放入炸好的茄条，加盐和砂糖调味，翻炒兜匀后盛盘。随好洒上葱花和炸好的葱酥装饰，趁热和白米饭一起食用。
