急问: 关于英国签证Business Visit及工作签证
如果被公司派到英国的客户那里做项目(IT软件开发方面的)，也就是说工作地点有时在客户那里，不知道用Business Visit签证可不可以? 如果不行的话，需要申请哪方面的签证呢?公司的项目在UK要做一年以上, 但看网上说如果第一次申请BusinessVisit 推荐申请6个月的，申请一年或一年以上的有被拒的可能. 不知道有没有达人第一次申请一年的签证就给了的。如果不给一年的话，是直接拒了还是给个半年的?
另外，有可能每周都要往返于英国和德国，如此频繁地出入境会有麻烦吗?
求有经验的人士指教。谢谢了！ UP {:5_363:} ask your company.... I have to find above mentioned information by myself. German colleagues don’t need Visa if they go to England. And I don’t know someone who applied UK business visa. 最简单的就是business visa，多次往返，6个月有效，这个非常容易，材料齐全，当天就可以取。 你如果呆一年的话， 申请两次就够了。

I think you have to discuss such problem with your superisor or project leader... you belong to their employees and work for them, they are resposible for your visa for sure... its like when you started working in germany, they also provided you german working permit..same thing from my point of view. otherwise you have to apply business visa yourself 5# UCer
Thank you for the answer (PS:I can’t type Chinese right now).
I know it’s difficult to get work permission. But I’m not sure if Business Visit is suitable for my case (pay by German Company,sometimes work by UK customer).
Someone told me: If you go there every week with such short-term Visa (6 months), they may ask why do you come to UK every week and what do you do? They may refuse you to enter UK.
Is there limitation of number of times to enter England? 6# jasonandwho
Some companies may have such office or contact person to help employee to get visa, but some not.
I asked the responsible person in company, basically I have to do it by myself ,and they don’t have such experiences. 8# smile12
