是关于配偶的定义的， 用google 翻译了一下配偶包括非雇员的合作伙伴在“国内的合作伙伴”的安排，只要合同安排和记录至少1转让前一年
不是很懂，是不是要求在签字以前一年结婚的才算阿，不是很明白，求教各位大虾帮忙。。
Definition of Spouse / Domestic Partners
The spouse includes the non-employee partner within
a “domestic partner” arrangement, provided that the
arrangement is contracted and documented at least one
year prior to the assignment.
