关于租房问题 是否遇到骗子
本帖最后由 sanundpp 于 2010-5-2 00:18 编辑在网站上看到一个非常好的房子出租,60平米,暖租才550欧元.照片显示房子装修的很现代化,厨房什么电器都包. 通过网站联系到了房东, 他说他在荷兰房子是买下来的,最少要租4个月，最长6,7年都没有问题。但是他之前已经被人忽悠一次大老远从荷兰回来结果也没有出租成，浪费精力和财力.所以他需要我们证明我们的确有能力和诚意租房子才肯从荷兰回来跟我们约时间见面.
本来也无可厚非,但是他要求的不是我们的银行存款或者是工资单,他让我们通过西联汇款先把4个月的房租打我朋友的帐号上，然后给他相关信息让他可以看到我们的确有这笔钱,并且他回到德国之前不能动这笔钱,否则他就不回来给我们看房子. 为了证明他是一个严肃的人，他也会把1500欧元通过同样的方式打到他朋友的帐号上然后也给我信息让我可以查询到。
要不是那个房子真的不错而且我又着急搬家,我真的不会考虑那么复杂的方式。
现在唯一能给我确认的就是银行,我不晓得我提供我的信息给第三方的话,我的汇款是否会有危险.
下面付上他的部分来信，都是英语.请大家帮我参谋一下.就这种情况，即使所有的都是真的，我是否还应该要求他出示房产证来证明这个房子是否是他本人.
So if you like to rent the flat, because of the reasons that I explained you in my first e-mail, I see myself forced to ask you to show me that you have the money to cover the rent for at least 4 months, like I said the rental agreement will be from 4 months up. So you will have to transfer the 4 months rent through Western Union (www.westernunion.de) from your name and address, to a friend of yours, on his name and address. Then you will have to send me an email with the following details of the transfer from Western Union to call and verify the transfer:

Attention: In order to be sure that you will going to meet with me you must not pick up the money back from Western Union untill I will arrive in Germany to meet you, if you will redraw the money sooner our deal will be off. So as soon I will have the proof that you posses the money, I will come with the next flight so you can rent the apartment.
If you agree with me and want to go forward with the deal, in order to show you that I'm a serious person, I will make a deposit in value of 1500EURO through Western Union, from my name and address to a friend of mine, on his name and address, and then I will send you the scanned receipt of the transfer to convince you that I really mean what I'm saying.
I believe that I'm not asking too much from your part, I think you and anyone else can understand my fears, I only want to take some precaution measures since I've been through this once. But if you are not agree with any of my options, you need to know that I won't be agree to do it otherwise and I wish you luck to find another flat for rent. 根据我的经验百分之九十是骗子.MM要深思.我们也遇到过类似的情况. 这版里面已经有人贴过这个房子了，是骗局 骗子
已阅 骗子 涉及西联汇款的肯定是骗子 嗯。western union 一定是骗子。 明显的骗子么 不能用西联！骗子！
