We actually sent the bag on the 25th June, so i have contacted the delivery company to find out what has happened. The delivery company said that the German branch had trouble delivering the parcel and they have kept it in storage. I have passed on your contact details and they will contact you regarding re-delivery.

    今天打了他教德國包裹公司打給我 他說六月底來我家找不到門鈴
結果他們就回去了 @@ 包裹一直放在倉庫裡 我快暈倒了

那他们是哪个快递公司呢,mm你亲自跟快递公司联系一下会比较好噢...要不直接联系他们在你们那个城市的仓库地址,亲自去那里取好了
