1.世界知名起重机企业（利勃海尔、特雷克斯、马尼托瓦克等）技术研发专家。
2.8年以上技术研发工作经验。可单独带领团队进行大吨位汽车吊或履带吊产品的研发
3.在总体设计或关键部位技术难题攻关设计（液压、吊臂等）方面具有丰富的经验
4. 国籍不限；
5. 人数：汽车起重机及履带式起重机各1-2名。

Requirements:
1, Experts or specialists from world well-known Crane Companies such as LIEBHERR, TEREX, and Manitowoc Crane Group etc.
2, minimal 8 years working experiences in R D, with ability to be a R&D team leader to develop new truck crane or crawler crane products, especially for large-tonnage cranes
3, Profound experiences in the area of whole-body design or other specific key-part design and technology breakthrough, such as Hydraulic Systems, crane jib and etc.
