99年 14万公里 3900Euro 是不是太便宜了？

这个价格只卖给haendler, 没有mwst.

估计这个车买了也不能在德国开，可能是importwagen。

    就是说是不卖给你 之卖给Händler 因为他们出口或进口后 不用交MwSt
