菲律宾平均国家智商只有86,香港高居世界第一,中国世界第七

最近菲律宾这个国家搞得那些不地道的事,
让人想起2006年Dr. Richard Lynn和Dr. Tatu Vanhanen的那本有争议的书:IQ and Global Inequality.
该书根据多年研究和测验对全球各国平均智商进行了排名,
以英国100分为基准,

其实吧。中国太大。中国人太多了。

很难不保证维族人（1000万）这个dna和汉族人差别太大而且文化也落后的少数民族拖后腿。

hk和singapore都是华人为主体。而且Singapore有马来族拖后腿。
