刚问英国鬼子了，俺初中老师是对的。

表肯定，用either或者too，比如I like it, either.
表否定，用neither，比如I don't like it, neither.　你绝对不会看到英语为母语的人说No need, either.

从来没听说过。入籍后中共肯定会注销你的国籍，无需证明。

人死了，医院会开死亡证明，没听说过健康人去医院开"尚且健在没有死亡"的证明

有这么个证明的，不用去医院国内街道给开， 多用于孤寡老人每个月领退休金补助之类的。

这还真有, 国内那些拿退休金的老人每年都要去医院开一张"我还没死"的证明交到居委会, 至少我们那是这样
