请高人解答，ISTD (interner Standard)应该怎么计算啊？找了半天，找到个德语的解释，看得云里雾里的，德国人就是喜欢把问题复杂化，而且老说不到重点上。 {:5_354:}

sorry I can not write in chinese. I think what you need to do is to make a calibration.

e.g. you want to determine A from a mixture, then prepare a series of A solution with different concentration, like: 20ppm, 40ppm and 80ppm. and measure those samples. You will find the relationship beteen the adsorption intensity (if it is UV detector)and the concentration, which should be linear. Attention: when the conc. is too high, the linear relationship will break down. So it´s important to keep the concentration under the linear area.
