最好的解决方法就是交40欧罚款了事。即便出示月票，也是不能免去40欧的罚款的，除非是带有照片的年票才可以。

die Ueberbertragbare Karte hilft nicht in den Fall. Bei Nachzeigen, nur Karte mit Berechtigungschein wird erkennt...
i.e., only Card wíth the name of your friend on will help. Otherwise, still 40 euro.

    besides, the record will be kept for one year if you pay 40 euro. Afterwards, will be deleted. So it will not follow you your lifetime.

Yes. I by chance sat on 1.Klasse in Sbahn last week, without knowing there are 1.klasse existing in Sbahn. I got a ticket for 40 euro for that too even with a valid ticket. That is why I read the relevant regulations in RMV.
