请教 2手 passat

请问下面这几辆passat哪个比较靠扑

本人家庭用车，有小孩 主要在市区驾驶，偶尔高速。

还有车况差不多的情况下 是买2006的车公里数8万的好还是2007年的公里数12万左右的好？ 第3个好像是公司的Mietwagen直接出来买，大家觉得怎么样？

我选自动挡的那个应该是第三个吧。
理由是发动机都差不多，但公里数少比前2个少了三万公里。等于是少了一年半的磨损。但个人更喜欢手动挡，这是一个缺憾。第一个可能车的配置好一点。也可以候选。
