请问。。人都入住了，还时不时有人到客厅装修，并且未提前通知

求助各路大侠。。。

我搬进一个3人WG两个月了，因为客厅很破旧，时不时有人来刷墙什么的。房东之前并未通知回有人进来施工，并且这个人两月了，还没完成工作，客厅总还是乱糟糟的。

请问这种情况下，我还需要付房租么？

请问是否有相关的法律条文。。比如关于Hausfriedensbruch。

打个电话去警察局问问，说你的房东老是自己无缘无故跑到房间里，不知道该怎么办

可以要求减租吧
Grund der Mietverminderung: Umfangreiche Bauarbeiten und Sanierungsarbeiten
1994年有法庭因此判决减租50%
Grund der Mietverminderung: Wohnung in unbewohnbarem Zustand
1980年有法庭因此判决减租100%
（见http://www.mietrecht-hilfe.de/miete/mietminderungstabelle.html）
写信给房东要求减租吧，可以把这个表打出来，把这两条用彩笔画出来，要求减租。
