MANGO家的online-shop怎么退货

在MANGO家买了件大衣，XXS的还是太大了，想退货，可以报过了没找到类似像H&M家的退货回邮地址贴条，有JMs知道怎么弄吗？是直接拿去实体店退货吗？

Go online shop >andern bestellung >retouren >items selected .........maybe need to print it out ,then go to mango shop again.
