这里高人多，求救关于租房

同学网上找房，看到一个房子价格不高又好，写邮件问了房东，今天收到回信，请大家帮忙看看，这房子不会有什么问题吧？谢了谢了啊

Thanks for your interest. The apartment is still available. I recently moved my work in United Kingdom. I decided to offer for rent the apartment that i have in Germany.I can rent the apartment for maximum 9 years ... This is the period that I have a contract here, but I can rent it for a shorter period as well.
There are no problems if you have any pets, as long as you cleanup after them . I am not interested to make a lot of money from the rental, I am interested to find a tenant that will take good care of the property until my return.
In the apartment you will find a dishwasher,a refrigerator, a freezer, a washing machine , a dryer,a niron ,a noven,a coffee maker ,vacuum cleaner ,cable TV with the basic access,internet access.
I own the ground and is exactly as in the photoes. The rent for 1 month is 350 EUR and includes all your utilities (water, Internet, cable). You can enter in the apartment, in the same day when you will receive the keys .. The only problem is that I am the only person who has the keys, but I hope to find a compromise. If you're interested, write me back . I write you in english beacuse my german is not so good. Here are the pictures from the apartment:

可以确定的说，在德国任何大点的城市城市，350欧元都租不到那个人发的那张照片的装修条件的房间，何况还是暖租！
大约若干年前找房子的时候，都已经碰到过这么一个英国房东了！
