主要是通过肾脏穿刺活检来进行病理诊断，也可以知道是原发性或继发性肾病，因为处理不同。同时可以帮助判断预后，是否需要积极治疗，还是采取保守治疗。
不过有一点可以肯定，只要不是肾癌，任何肾脏病到最后进入尿毒症期，可以通过透析治疗或肾脏移植来替代病肾，只要经济上不出现问题，或所在城市有较完善的医疗保险制度，长期存活是没有问题的。
不要相信所谓的中医，不要用偏方，正规治疗，不要在几个大医院之间来回跑，要在专科医生那里长期随访。

目前在慢性肾病的诊断和治疗上，国内外是同步的，只是德国的移植比国内正规，效率高。

他查出这个病才刚刚半年的时间 可能还处在不能接受的时期，所以想四处打听更理想的方法。

他在发病前有长期的经年的劳累   可能也是原因之一他才32岁哎

that's why the renal punction and histological assessment is so important for young patient, it is the golden standard for diagnosis, I suggest him to undergo the renal biopsy firstly, before that, do not intake any medicine, especial in the steroid.
