有MS CRM项目经验的人可以去试试，freelance１５０k，一年的项目。

给的不错，有个１，２个CRM项目经验的人应该都能胜任，我是不想动了。做完freelance要找工作也很容易，CRM最近需求也多。毕业生最好还是不要申请了。

At Nigel Frank we are seeing a steep increase in demand for Dynamics CRM technical staff across Germany and along with this a number of fantastic long term opportunities for freelancers. One such opportunity is a 12 month assignment for an experienced Dynamics CRM Developer to join one of the largest CRM 2011 implementations in Europe with a start date as early as next Monday. I can offer up to E80 per hour for this assignment of 1960 hours, meaning the succesful applicant is set to earn in excess of 150K over the next 12 months.

While I understand you are currently employed yourself and may not be interested, I was hoping you could assist me in finding suitable profiles for this role based in Baden-Wurttemberg. 上面说的很清楚啊，懂MS CRM或MS Dynamic，有MS CRM或MS Dynamic项目经验。
