求助,坑爹呀!!!ryanair的票到底订上没呀5555555
昨天晚上在ryanair官网订了4张机票。定票过程也没提醒有问题。最后确认付款后要我等45秒,结果跳转出来的页面显示service error。但是订完后马上收到了以下这个邮件,邮件里行程,乘客信息和支付细节都没有。用邮件里的Reservation Number到Ryanair主页查询,登不进去,显示We are unable to locate the itinerary.

1.这到底是订上了还是没订上啊?我的RESERVATION NUMBER都登不了,怎么online checkin啊...
2.我今天打电话给信用卡公司,他们说我的钱没有被扣,但是不保证以后会不会被扣。买过ryanair机票的筒子们,你们订票之后大概多久被扣得钱啊?
今天在网上查了一上午,也没找到个肯定的答案。都说ryanair的客服很难联系上,第一次买他家的机票就遇到这种事 ,哎... 记得以前出过这种问题,他家网站的特色了,你直接跟瑞安官网写邮件联系,说明你预定的机票信息,还有你收到的邮件信息。如果你希望保留这个预定,就要求他们给你发送预定确认邮件。如果你不想要那机票了,那就跟他们说要取消预定,你已经预定了别的机票。 恩,谢谢啦。事情解决了,是扣款不成功。我又重新买了一次。
