eltenzeit 期间的保险问题

以前我的医保是单独付的，现在是mutterschutz的时间，请问下可以和lg一起用家庭保险吗？

前提是法定公报。如果是自愿留在公保的，政府不付

工作以后的krankenversicherung属于pflicht的还是freiwillig的？
