你就找德国食品基进出口检验检疫法，因为污染的是病毒，而不是农药啊等残留。农药等化学物品是生产方责任，但是一旦进口后，就说明没有问题了。而病毒污染完全可能是在进口后处理环节出现的，这个有个德国的专家曾经发过言的。

那家食品公司不是已经被告上法庭了么。

first of all i want to thank you that you came to me and told me what you are thinking about this strawberry story. Until now i just took the "opinion" of the mass media to my own opinion. That was wrong. After our conversation today i read some articels about that topic and nearly all "big players" in the german media are just report contaminated strawberrys from china, no further explaination. (by the way: that ist true for a lot of topics reported in the public media world wide) But I was looking for offical statements from the german government and they said exactly what you mentioned. There was a catering service with the name Sodexo (from France) that is responsible for the school meal service in big parts of eastern germany (200.000 per day). They got the strawberries from china. Until now the facts indicate that this catering service in possibly responsable for the virus contamination.
So I must appologize what I was saying! During the lab meeting my saying was intended as a joke. But in future I will be very careful by using the word China in a context of discrepancies related to the field of global trade.
