求解答，德国护照中国工作签证，是否能在德国海关退税
本帖最后由 yangliuqing 于 2013-1-10 11:04 编辑朋友是拿德国护照和中国工作签证的，下个月回德国总部述职，想买几样名牌货春节时送礼用。他偶尔听说，象他这种情况，在德国海关出境的时候也可以退税。谁有这方面的经验，代友发帖求解答。

在网上找到了机场退税 global blue的网页，给他们留言希望能解答，等了1个月终于得到答复。
Please be advised that to reclaim your VAT in Germany with Global Blue, you must comply with the following criteria:
1. Be a non-EU resident. Or, according to the law, to have a valid long term Visa (more than 3 months) in any non-EU country, but the decision about stamping the form is always up to a German Customs.
2. Make the minimum spend of EUR 25 at one retailer in one day
3. Obtain a Global Blue Form when purchasing goods (only shops affiliated with Global Blue can issue Global Blue Forms). The address on the form has to be according to your long-term working visa in China.
4. Attach the original invoice/receipt to the form (mandatory by law)
5. Export the goods outside the EU within 3 months from the month of the purchase
6. Obtain a valid EU Customs stamp on theform by showing the purchased goods to the Customs at the last point of your departure from the EU (The goods must be UNUSED)
7. Obtain your refund within the validity of the form (4 years from the issuing date)
- Cash the form at one of our international refund points
- Or, return the original form with the receipt, invoice for processing to the address below:

Do not forget to state a refund option on the form (Credit Card, German bank account or bank cheque).
When sending the documents, we recommend you to make a copy of them or write down the Doc-ID number for your reference and use a safer mail service (registered mail or courier), in order to avoid a possible loss.

肯定的啊，要在德国拿了ABMELDUNG的证明，在新加坡德国大使馆才能够重新ANMELDUNG，然后护照上才会盖章
海关只看护照上的WOHNSITZ更改和官方的章。我问过，我的情况是必须出示中国护照，原来德国ANMELDUNG的证明，外加新加坡现有的居留卡(这个居留卡在办理登机牌的时候也要出示，否则不给我上飞机滴)

我写明白了啊，要在德国和欧盟以外国家安家并且注明的 我的理解是有3个月以上非欧盟国家的签证，德国海关在退税表格上盖章即可退税
