应要求更新信息：
俺不是在德国申请的哦。 俺是发邮件到大使馆问了步骤，大使馆给了个check list，按list准备材料。然后打电话约term，去交了材料。 具体的审核是大使馆把材料邮寄到德国的外管局审核的。
材料的list：
1. Two fully completed and signed application forms for a "residence permit" in original (see attachment)
2. Two fully completed and signed declaration forms (see attachment) in original
3. Two recent, passport size colour photos, please do not attach the photos to the application form
4. Your valid, machine readable passport, issued not more than 10 years ago, plus 2 copies
5. Your original birth certificate, if not in English or German please attach translation, plus 2 copies
6. Letter of intent or contract offered to you by a company in Germany containing a detailed description of the employment, the salary and social insurance (original plus 2 copies)
7. Documentation of your professional knowledge and experience (plus 2 copies)
8. Proof of your vocational qualification (original plus 2 copies)
7和8具体提交什么不确定，应该是根据自己的情况看能提供什么证明。俺提交了以往工作经历的公证和毕业证学位证的公证。
申请表大使馆提供给俺了，估计外管局的网站上可以下载到吧。就不贴了 GXGX。 欧还在找工作的痛苦过程中。。。。
