Neither party shall be deemed to be in breach of this Agreement unless the other party shall deliver specific written notice thereof and the other party shall fail to remedy such claimed breach within thirty (30) days (ten (10) days, in the case of a breach of obligation to pay money), following receipt of such noticeprovided, that where such claimed breach does not involve a payment of money and is of such a nature that it cannot be remedied completely within such thirty-day period, it shall be sufficient if the notified party shall commence to remedy such breach within the thirty-day period and shall proceed diligently to complete the same within a reasonable period thereafter.
Notice shall be deemed received three days following the date upon which it is sent.
