近Rahlstedt WG其中一间房间找Nachmieter

近Rahlstedt WG其中一间房间找Nachmieter。房租暖租全包303。交通的话出门步行5分钟有9路BUS。终点站到Wandsbekmarkt20分钟左右。
如果去市中心的话，可以选择坐RB在Tonndorf上车到Hauptbahnhof 大约10-15分钟左右。每半小时一班。

房间5月1日空出。本人由于突发情况要回国了，所以最近会把房间腾出来 。20号或者20号以后可以看房

有兴趣的同学朋友可以站短我先。具体情况再具体了解{:5_342:}
