德国工商大会驻华办事处AHK说不排除德国企业退出中国市场
Press Statement: Increasing business challenges – Delegations of German Industry & Commerce in China concerned about growing influence of Chinese Communist Party on foreign business operations2017年11月24日

We have received reports about attempts of the Communist Party of China trying to strengthen their influence in wholly foreign owned German companies in China. However, current legal and business practices create neither an obligation nor legal basis for companies to proactively promote the development of the party within the respective companies.
According to Article 19 of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the establishment of party cells of the Communist Party of China in a company is permissible as long as at least three party members decide to form a party cell. This law applies to Chinese state-owned enterprises and Chinese-foreign invested Joint Ventures as well as Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprises. Based on present business practice, this stipulation hitherto prompted companies to offer meeting facilities to carry out party activities outside of working hours or to authorize extraordinary leave for employees to participate in party activities.
The Delegations of the German Industry & Commerce in China are concerned about recent reports concerning proactive calls on foreign invested companies to promote the development of the Communist Party of China within companies. We do not believe that foreign invested companies generally should be required to promote the development of any political party within company structures. This is an individual decision by corporate management and should not be guided at the behest of third parties. We have observed that business decisions without outside interference are a strong basis for innovation and growth. Should these attempts to influence foreign invested companies continue, it cannot be ruled out that German companies might retreat from the Chinese market or reconsider investment strategies.
For many decades, the over 5000 German companies in China have been active as good “corporate citizens” and directly contributed to the growth of the Chinese economy through creating more than 1.1 million jobs. They are committed to corporate social responsibility and underscore their commitment through a variety of projects in the areas of health, education and environmental protection. German companies enjoy a reputation as reliable and compliant business partners.

真能做到这一点，柏林新机场估计八辈子之前就完工投入使用了，斯图加特的新火车站也早就修好了，ICE也永远不会忘了在Wolfsburg停了，还有它上面的空调也永远都会运转正常了，德国铁路也不会晚点了 D-Bilk 发表于 2017-11-30 08:19
己我现在在德国大公司工作经验来看，这又是德国工商会来挑衅来获得更多的利益。
像各类工会和这些所谓的工商会都是工人阶级里面的贵族来的，他们是成天不干活，拿着高薪，阴奉阳违。
记得我刚来公司上班的时候，老是找我们这些新工人套近乎，希望我们加入他们的组织。
工作多年了，总算看透了，用我的话说，典型的黑手党，真的，德国很多刁民。

工会就是黑手党，一帮子王八蛋。 是的，德国工商会一定要在阶级斗争中站稳立场，和中国共产党势不两立。
德国工商会不是德国政府的官方组织。从政府的角度上来看，既无职、又无权；从经济的角度上来看，它就是一个烧钱的摆设，就是一个类似于德国的公众媒体的寄生虫。公众媒体靠强制性地收广播电视费而活，工商会靠强制性的会费。
在德国有企业的网友都知道，即使工商会什么都不做，但是每年的会费都是要强收的。 真有这魄力的话,通往柏林新机场的路上,早就全是电动车了. 好主意。然后可以比一比哪个死的更快，德国还是中国{:5_387:} 要从两面看待
肯定有退的，其实是其他的原因
不过内部规定也是那什么 说的是要在外企设立党支部的事情。。。 唯恐天下不乱哈哈哈哈 在外资企业里建立党支部确实有点流氓，到时候把技术搞到手就更容易了。

像各类工会和这些所谓的工商会都是工人阶级里面的贵族来的，他们是成天不干活，拿着高薪，阴奉阳违。

这个和哪个企业无关，和里面员工是中国人有关。
在中国，不可能外企禁止党员进入企业工作，只要有党员，就有建党支部的基础。你看看外企敢不敢以后招人要求公开是不是党员这条然后只要党员就不招。 D-Bilk 发表于 2017-11-30 08:19

中共组织部副部长齐玉，在中共十九大召开前的新闻发布会上透露，至2016年底，外商投资企业中有70%建立了党组织。
不接受可以走人嘛，你不接受，总有别人接受。

如果光看德国媒体的报道，
好像德国是整个世界和宇宙的中心啊！！
所有的地方都得靠德国人， 没德国人， 地球不转了。
莫名其妙，不管你是外资还是合资，都是在中国境内的企业，大部分员工都是中国人，那中国人是党员不是很正常吗？
