DHL 吐槽 索赔
本帖最后由 乐石 于 2018-4-27 18:15 编辑以前遇到过很多DHL服务上的问题，比如预约上门取件被放鸽子，比如快递员不管你在不在家都直接把快件放邮局。我以为这就是服务差的极限了。然而这次我经历了更加奇葩的。我的快递从日本发到德国用了不到四天，现在在德国境内像无头苍蝇一样也转悠了四天了，目前不知道它在哪。只知道因为这个快递没有及时到达，我会损失大约几百欧的机票钱或改签的钱，求教高手如何索赔。---
快件目的地是杜塞，然而它却经历了：法兰机场-Staufenberg-慕尼黑-Staufenberg-多特蒙德-？？？
