Job offer restricted for one year

In the institue where I wrote my master thesis I was offered witht a job restricted for one year. is it possible for the application of a job permit ? it should be a Tvöd-tarif job for full time.

完全没有问题，这在正常不过了。

还有，无论电脑是什么系统，都可以输入中文，哪怕并没有安装中文输入法。
