System EngineerBase location: DusseldorfStart: as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
[*]Be responsible for supporting the management and tracking of end client’s store online system events or problems, support the management of end client’s Logistics and warehouse system, support the management of end client’s forum and service system, Routine system change management and operation.
[*]Be responsible for supporting the operation quality of the products on the live network and systems, comprehensively and deeply analyze the potential risks of the site, and effectively track and close the risks.
[*]Be responsible for supporting product weakness identification and negative improvement.
[*]Be responsible for end client’s store and warehouse system Security Incident & Event Management (Including Security Analysis )
Qualifications:
[*]Bachelor degree in Computer Science or similar
[*]Familiar with basic Linux commands, be able to implement and install Linux OX and basic configuration
[*]Be able to process files using scripts (shell or python)
[*]Having a basic knowledge of the Oracle or MysQL database. Be able to use SQL statements.
[*]Previous experience in SQL development or data analysis for reporting.
[*]Previous experience in the fields of network performance and security event analysis
[*]Have a good knowledge of the packet capture tool. Be able to analyze basic network problems by using the packet capture tool.
[*]Strong skills in solving problems for customers
[*]Strong communication skill and team spirit
[*]Fluent in German or fluent in English and Chinese native
