搬家后电视费
之前刚来德国是自己租房住了半年，就注册交了电视费，现在搬到guest house住了，guest house租金是包括了电视费的，住里面的朋友从来没有收到过电视费的信，然后我把我电视费的地址改成了guesthouse的地址，收到了让缴费的信，问楼管要了一个号码去取消，结果现在又来信给我，说没有取消成功，还是要缴费，我现在该咋办呀？继续写信给他，要求取消 对方给的啥理由没有取消成功？ 他们说的“你反对登记广播费的单位，认为你的学生宿舍的经营者支付所有的广播费，因此你不必登记你的单位或房间。房间不需要登记。你提供的缴费号码只指营业场所，而不是指公寓或房间。”
然后我们楼管说“It is true that the university pays a broadcasting fee for its guest houses. It is also legally obliged to do so.

In the cases known to us so far, however, the contribution service of ARD ZDF and Deutschlandradio has taken a different view, according to which the tenants of the guest houses are also obliged to pay. We regret this position of the Contribution Service, but the final decision on this also lies there; the University has no leeway of its own in this regard.|“
而且楼管不能给我提供任何证明，所以现在不知道咋办了！
