1月17日，《2024年“一带一路”青年发展报告》成果发布会在中国政协文史馆举行。
On January 17th, the launch event for the 2024 Belt and Road Youth Development Report was held at the China Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) Museum in Beijing.
十届全国人大常委会副委员长，中国关心下一代工作委员会主任顾秀莲，全国政协常委、教科卫体委员会副主任、中国科协原党组书记尚勇，丝路国际智库交流中心专家委员会主任、十二届全国政协社会和法制委员会驻会副主任顾伯平，牙买加驻华大使亚瑟·威廉姆斯，全国政协委员、九三学社中央思想建设研究中心主任、丝路国际智库交流中心高级研究员许进，清华大学“一带一路”战略研究院执行院长、丝路国际智库交流中心高级研究员史志钦，人民出版社政治编辑一部主任陈光耀、副主任刘敬文，丝路青年论坛副主席兼秘书长、丝路国际智库交流中心副理事长兼秘书长杨东平，丝路国际智库交流中心执行秘书长、丝路百科杂志社副理事长蒋涛，北京师范大学政府管理研究院副院长刘洋，北京中非友好经贸发展基金会秘书长张宗武，来自巴基斯坦、哈萨克斯坦、加纳、马达加斯加、印度尼西亚、埃塞俄比亚、伊朗、也门、土库曼斯坦、伊拉克、坦桑尼亚、尼泊尔、摩洛哥、孟加拉国、津巴布韦、黎巴嫩、阿根廷、阿富汗、多哥等国的青年代表、专家学者、青年企业家等近百人出席发布会。

发布会由顾伯平主持。他指出，《“一带一路”青年发展报告》是丝路国际智库交流中心打造的“丝路青年学”长期智库研究项目，已经形成理论研究、指数研究、实证研究、专题研究、实践评估、对策研究、青年评估、城市评估等系统的科学研究体系，填补了我国“一带一路”研究的空白，对于“一带一路”青年发展和成长具有重要的创新价值。《2024年“一带一路”青年发展报告》是继《2021年“一带一路”青年发展报告》《“一带一路”十周年青年发展报告》出版后的又一部智库成果。
The conference was hosted by Gu Boping, who highlighted that the Belt and Road Youth Development Report is a long-term think tank research project of the Silk Road International Think Tank Exchange Center. The project includes a systematic scientific research framework covering theoretical research, index research, empirical research, topic research, practical evaluation, countermeasure studies, youth assessments, and urban assessments. It fills a gap in China’s research on the Belt and Road Initiative and holds significant innovative value for the development and growth of youth within the Belt and Road context. This report is the latest output following the 2021 Belt and Road Youth Development Report and the Belt and Road 10th Anniversary Youth Development Report.
杨东平首先致辞，他说，2024年是共建“一带一路”第二个金色十年的开局之年，习近平总书记在第四次“一带一路”建设工作座谈会上的重要讲话凝聚共识指引方向。丝路国际智库深入学习习总书记重要讲话，围绕创造“青年大有可为”的宏微观环境、打造“青年大有作为”的新路径，总结经验，开拓创新，从四个方面努力打造丝路青年国际民间交往高端平台。一是进一步推动丝路青年民间交往，二是进一步推动丝路青年合作项目，三是进一步推动丝路青年智库交流，四是进一步推动丝路青年民心相通。《“一带一路”青年发展报告》作为一个长期的智库项目，也将不断总结丝路青年大有可为的新成果，为丝路青年的发展成长、建功立业提供支持和帮助。
Yang Dongping, Vice President of the Silk Road Youth Forum, delivered the opening speech. He said that 2024 marks the start of the second golden decade of Belt and Road cooperation. He emphasized that President Xi Jinping's important speech at the Fourth Belt and Road Work Conference has provided guidance and direction for the new phase of development. The Silk Road International Think Tank has deeply studied President Xi’s speech and summarized key experiences, creating innovative pathways that focus on fostering a macro- and micro-environment conducive to youth empowerment. These efforts aim to build a high-end international platform for Silk Road youth civil exchanges by promoting four key areas: enhancing youth civil exchanges, advancing youth cooperative projects, promoting youth think tank dialogues, and strengthening youth mutual understanding. The Belt and Road Youth Development Report will continue to support and assist Silk Road youth in their development and achievements.
亚瑟·威廉姆斯大使在致辞中热情地表示：“这是一个回顾‘一带一路’倡议中青年群体卓越成就的时刻，也是一个规划未来道路的时刻，以继续发挥我们青年的活力、热情和创造力，推动全球‘一带一路’发展。”
他说，“一带一路”倡议为各国和文化之间的深入联系提供了一个极为宝贵的平台，创造了数十年前我们只能梦想的合作与协作机会。通过“一带一路”倡议，我们不仅见证了商品和服务的交换，更见证了思想、知识和观点的交流，尤其是在青年群体中，这一倡议赋予了各地区的青年力量，使他们能够为共同繁荣、可持续发展和跨文化理解的愿景作出贡献。这正是《2024“一带一路”青年发展报告》的意义所在。
Ambassador Arthur Williams enthusiastically stated, “This is a moment to reflect on the outstanding achievements of youth groups under the Belt and Road Initiative, and a time to plan future pathways to continue unleashing the energy, enthusiasm, and creativity of our youth to drive global Belt and Road development.” He noted that the Belt and Road Initiative provides an invaluable platform for deepening ties between countries and cultures, creating opportunities for cooperation that were once only dreams. The initiative has facilitated the exchange not only of goods and services but also of ideas, knowledge, and perspectives. Particularly among youth, it empowers young people across regions to contribute to shared prosperity, sustainable development, and cross-cultural understanding. This is precisely the significance of the 2024 Belt and Road Youth Development Report.

Liu Yang, Executive Editor of the 2024 Belt and Road Youth Development Report, discussed the research and writing process of the report, highlighting its key features, value, and the first-ever evaluation of the high-quality development index system for Belt and Road youth-oriented cities.
《2024年“一带一路”青年发展报告》主编史志钦在发言中介绍，《报告》汇聚了众多专家学者智慧与心血的结晶，是我国首个“一带一路”青年研究并连续出版的智库报告，首个智库+高校研究机构+驻外使节共同研究完成的“一带一路”青年发展报告，首个涵盖世界的“一带一路”青年发展型城市指数研究报告。
Shi Zhiqin, Chief Editor of the report, presented the findings, noting that the report is the result of collective wisdom and efforts from many experts and scholars. It is the first think tank report on Belt and Road youth research in China to be continuously published, the first collaborative study involving think tanks, academic institutions, and foreign diplomats, and the first comprehensive global study on Belt and Road youth-oriented cities.
陈光耀在发言中说，《2024年“一带一路”青年发展报告》是人民出版社出版的第三部“一带一路”青年发展报告。作为一项具有重要价值和现实意义的智库成果，它延续了前两部报告的研究脉络，同时在深度和广度上实现了新的突破。2024年是共建“一带一路”进入新十年的起点，作为共建“一带一路”的主力军，丝路青年从促进文化交流、民心相通到推动经济协作、高质量发展，继续在多个领域取得新的进展和突破。本书以翔实的数据和生动的案例为基础，全面总结了这些成果，并对面临的挑战提出了很有针对性的对策建议，是一份结构完整、逻辑严密，兼具可读性和实用性的高质量智库成果。

Chen Guangyao commented that the 2024 Belt and Road Youth Development Report is the third report on Belt and Road youth development published by People’s Publishing House. As a valuable and practical think tank achievement, it follows the research trajectory of its two predecessors, making breakthroughs in both depth and breadth. The year 2024 marks the beginning of a new decade for the Belt and Road Initiative. As a core force in its implementation, Silk Road youth continue to make progress in areas ranging from cultural exchange and mutual understanding to economic cooperation and high-quality development. This report, based on detailed data and vivid case studies, comprehensively summarizes these achievements and provides targeted recommendations to address challenges, serving as both a practical and readable high-quality think tank output. Chen Guangyao concluded by saying that this report not only serves as an authoritative document on Belt and Road youth development but also as a guide to inspire youth to innovate and participate in global cooperation. It offers forward-thinking suggestions for policymakers, expands academic research, and points out clear directions for youth.
加纳青年代表奥杜罗、马达加斯加青年代表康托索阿在发言中畅谈自己阅读《报告》的体会。奥杜罗说：“这份报告不仅仅是一个文献，它是一座希望的灯塔，是未来的路线图。它强调了青年参与‘一带一路’倡议的重要性，突出了我们青年在推动创新、促进文化交流的贡献和可持续发展方面的潜力。标志着我们集体迈向一个更加互联、繁荣与和平的世界的新时代。这是合作力量的证明，也是共同未来的承诺。让我们共同接受这份报告带来的洞察和机遇，一起创造一个更美好的明天。”康托索阿说：“这份报告不仅承载了我们对美好未来的共同愿景，更如同一盏明灯，照亮了前行的道路，以其创新、完整且易于理解的内容，致力于构建一个紧密相连的丝绸之路青年社群。《报告》是对我们所有人的呼唤。它呼吁我们拥抱合作，共同塑造一个可持续的未来。让我们携手释放青年的无限潜能，激励和引领我们迈入一个充满希望与机遇的新时代。”
Youth representatives from Ghana and Madagascar, Oduro and Kontosoa, shared their experiences reading the report. Oduro stated, “This report is not just a document; it is a beacon of hope, a roadmap for the future. It emphasizes the importance of youth involvement in the Belt and Road Initiative, highlighting our potential in promoting innovation, facilitating cultural exchange, and contributing to sustainable development. It marks the beginning of a new era for collective progress towards a more interconnected, prosperous, and peaceful world.” Kontosoa said, “This report not only reflects our shared vision for a better future, but it also acts as a guiding light, illuminating the path ahead. With its innovative, comprehensive, and accessible content, it aims to build a closely-knit Silk Road youth community. The report calls on all of us to embrace collaboration and jointly shape a sustainable future. Let’s unleash the infinite potential of youth and embark on a new era full of hope and opportunities.”
发布会上，主办单位向部分外事部门、青年组织、驻华使馆、境外机构、公共图书馆及丝路青年捐赠10000册《2024年“一带一路”青年发展报告》和《丝路百科》杂志。同时，《2026年“一带一路”青年发展报告》征集和研究编撰工作正式启动。
During the launch event, the organizers donated 10,000 copies of the 2024 Belt and Road Youth Development Report and the Silk Road Encyclopedia magazine to foreign affairs departments, youth organizations, embassies, international institutions, public libraries, and Silk Road youth. Additionally, the research and drafting work for the 2026 Belt and Road Youth Development Report officially began.
顾伯平在会议总结时再次强调，我们必须以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，学习贯彻落实好习近平总书记在第三届“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛上的重要讲话和第四次“一带一路”建设工作座谈会上的重要讲话精神，以实际行动助推“中国支持高质量共建‘一带一路’的八项行动”，为建设开放包容、互联互通、共同发展的世界，携手并肩，砥砺前行。在传承中创新，在合作中发展，为构建人类命运共同体贡献我们青年的智慧和力量！为推动全球青年发展事业贡献智慧和力量！
In the closing remarks, Gu Boping emphasized that we must be guided by Xi Jinping’s thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics for the new era. We must thoroughly study and implement President Xi’s important speeches at the Third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation and the Fourth Belt and Road Development Work Symposium. With practical actions, we must promote the eight actions to support the high-quality co-building of the Belt and Road, working hand-in-hand to build an open, inclusive, and interconnected world. Through innovation in inheritance and development in cooperation, we will contribute the wisdom and strength of youth to the building of a community with a shared future for mankind and advance the global youth development cause.
