AI Is A Smart Journey【中英文】

AI Big Models: A Smart Student's Journey

People define AI big models in many ways. Some say they're tools to save money and work better. Others call them creativegeniuses or game-changers for business.

It sounds great, but what's the reality? Most AI big models are still like smart strangers.

They're powerful but not practical. Theyknow a lot, but they don't really get you.

Here's how I see AI big models:

They'relike a PhD student who got straight A+ grades in everything at the best schoolin the world.

They know everything, can do anything, but they don't understandyou, your business, or what you really want.

Imagine this super-smart student walks intoyour office, says they can do anything, talks a lot, and you believe them. Yougive them a task, and they start talking nonsense, giving answers that don'tmake sense.

You think, “This smart student isn't sogreat after all.”

This is the problem many people have withAI big models. They seem powerful but don't really help when you usethem.

To make AI work for you, you need to treatit like training an intern. You need patience and effort, and you have to teachit step by step.

First, talk to it a lot to help itunderstand your world. AI is powerful because it can learn, but you have toteach it your language.

For example, you ask AI to write anindustry report, and it gives you a bunch of standard answers that don't matchwhat you need.

Don't just complain that AI doesn't getyou. Talk to it like you would with an intern:

[*]
“This isn't the right direction. We needanalysis closer to the market.”
[*]
“This part is too vague. Add more realexamples.”
[*]
“The language is too formal. Make it moreemotional.”

With each conversation and feedback, AIwill slowly learn your preferences and needs, just like an intern learningtheir boss's style.

Next, guide it patiently to understand yourbusiness. AI knows all the top theories, but it doesn't understand yourspecific business.

You need to feed it industry background, specific situations, and even unwritten rules.

It's like teaching an intern how to dealwith clients. You need to carefully explain how complex and unique yourindustry is.

For example, if you're in retail and ask AIto make a sales forecast, it might use a standard model. But that's not enough. You need to tell it:

[*]
“Our industry has big ups and downs duringthe year. You have to include that.”
[*]
“Compare our data with competitors, notjust our past trends.”
[*]
“Profit isn't the only thing. Customersatisfaction matters too.”

These small details are key to turning AIfrom a theory expert into a practical helper.

Finally, let it make mistakes and buildtrust. Like an intern, AI will make silly mistakes.

But that's okay. What matters is how youhandle those mistakes. Every correction is a chance to learn.

When it's wrong, tell it: “This part iswrong because of XX. Fix it like this next time.”

When it improves, encourage it: “This isgreat! Keep it up!”

This positive feedback and correctionsystem will help AI understand you better.

Over time, it will grow from a smart butclueless student into a helpful assistant, maybe even a partner you can't workwithout.

Everyone says AI has unlimited potential, but it only works when it truly understands you and your business.

The value of AI isn't just about howadvanced its tech is. It's about how well it fits your needs.

When AI starts to understand your workhabits, your industry logic, and even your thinking, it stops being a cold techtool. It becomes a real assistant.

It can give you ideas when you're stuck, doboring tasks when you're tired, and help you think clearly when you'reconfused.

AI big models need to understand not justtech but also emotions.

They're not just task-doers. They should belisteners and supporters, like a great intern who not only finishes tasks butalso makes you feel understood.

Sometimes, you don't just need a datareport. You need someone to listen.

“I'm so tired and stressedlately.”

AI big models can't solve all yourproblems, but they can share your workload or just chat with you. Thisemotional connection is what makes AI feel real and helpful.

AI big models aren't born perfectassistants. They need to be shaped and trained.

This process is like guiding a smartintern. It takes communication, guidance, and trust.

When AI starts to understand you, yourbusiness, and your thinking, it's no longer a distant tech tool. It becomesyour real AI—your partner, assistant, even your shadow.

So stop seeing AI as some mysterious futuretech. It's just a super intern that needs your patience andteaching.

And when you turn it into a helpfulassistant, you'll see it's not just about tech progress.

It's about reshapingthe relationship between humans and tech. It's the starting point of humansmastering AI.
