2025年3月30日，“一带一路”律师联盟第二次会员大会在福建厦门召开。会上，经全体会员表决通过，“一带一路”律师联盟正式更名为“一带一路”法律服务联盟，并选出了新的理事会成员。嘉理盖思律师事务所合伙人陶睿哲律师连任“一带一路”法律服务联盟理事会理事。
On March 30, 2025, the second general meeting of the Belt and Road International Lawyers Association was held in Xiamen, Fujian. At the meeting, the Belt and Road International Lawyers Association was officially renamed the Belt and Road International Legal Services Association and new board members were elected after a vote by all members. Garrigues partner Manuel Torrents was re-elected to the board of the Belt and Road International Legal Services Association.

同日，“一带一路”法律服务国际论坛开幕。中共中央政治局委员、中央政法委书记陈文清，中华人民共和国司法部部长贺荣，福建省委书记周祖翼，国际商事仲裁机构联合会主席Ismail Selim等出席开幕式并致辞。
On the same day, International Forum on the Belt and Road Legal Services opened. Chen Wenqing, Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Secretary of the Commission for Political and Legal Affairs of the CPC Central Committee, He Rong, Minister of Justice of the People's Republic of China, Zhou Zuyi, Secretary of the CPC Fujian Provincial Committee, and Ismail Selim, President of the International Federation of Commercial Arbitration Institutions, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches.
陈文清指出，习近平主席提出共建“一带一路”倡议，其根本出发点和落脚点是开拓造福各国、惠及世界的“幸福路”。在“一带一路”这个汇聚150多个国家的广阔平台上，法治既是各国加强合作的重要内容，也是共谋发展的坚实保障。
Chen Wenqing pointed out that the fundamental starting point and focus of President Xi Jinping’s initiative to jointly build the Belt and Road is to open up a “road to happiness” that benefits all countries and the world. On the broad platform of the Belt and Road, which brings together more than 150 countries, the rule of law is not only an important element for strengthening cooperation between countries, but also a solid guarantee for seeking common development.

2025年3月31日，嘉理盖思律师事务所合伙人陶睿哲律师在“法律服务与共建‘一带一路’贸易和投资自由化便利化分论坛”上发表主题演讲，分享了法律服务协同与跨境交流合作的相关经验与心得，并表达了嘉理盖思律师事务所愿为“一带一路”法律服务做出贡献、加强与各方合作的愿望。
On March 31, 2025, Garrigues partner Manuel Torrents delivered a keynote speech at the sub-forum on “Legal Services and Trade and Investment Liberalization and Facilitation under the Belt and Road Cooperation”, sharing relevant experiences and insights on legal service collaboration and cross-border exchanges and cooperation. He also expressed Garrigues’ willingness to contribute to Belt and Road legal services and strengthen cooperation with all parties.
