全面提升教师AI教学能力
为推进AI赋能教育教学改革,提升堪萨斯国际学院课程建设质量,提高我院教师AI+X教学能力,6月19日至20日,学校邀请佟佳睿博士对全体教师进行了线上培训。线上全体教师培训结束后,第十一组“AI+X培训团”在组长谢启老师的组织和主持下进行了线上的交流讨论和分组学习活动。第十一组“AI+X培训团”共有教师21人,由堪萨斯国际学院13位和新闻与传播学院8位参训教师组成。
In order to advance the reform of educational teaching empowered by AI, enhance the quality of curriculum construction at Kansas International School, and improve the teaching ability of AI+X for teachers in our college, from June 19th to 20th, the school invited Dr. Tong Jiarui to conduct online training for all teachers. After the online training for all teachers was completed, the 11th "AI+X Training Group", organized and chaired by Teacher Xie Qi, the group leader, carried out online communication, discussion, and group study activities. The 11th "AI+X Training Group" consists of 21 teachers, including 13 from Kansas International School and 8 from the School of Journalism and Communication.
谢启老师首先结合自身教学经验进行了培训分享,此次培训让她对教育变革有了全新认识。从“个体智能” 到 “共生智能” 的范式转型理论,为其打开了教学新思路,深刻意识到教师角色转变的重要性。AI工具辅助教学的潜力,也让她看到了课堂创新的更多可能。“三维目标”设计与互评优化过程,更是帮助她掌握了更科学的教学规划方法。“七步课程设计”虽然在初期梳理时颇具难度,但它就像一份精准的课程重构指南,能系统性地帮助教师从目标设定到方案落地进行深度思考。运用AI辅助科技,帮助她重新打磨教学逻辑,实现教学效果更大突破。
Teacher Xie Qi first shared her training experience in combination with her own teaching experience. This training has given her a new understanding of educational reform. The paradigm shift theory from "individual intelligence" to "symbiotic intelligence" has opened up new teaching ideas for her and made her deeply aware of the importance of the transformation of the teacher's role. The potential of AI tools in teaching assistance has also shown her more possibilities for classroom innovation. The "three-dimensional goal" design and peer review optimization process have helped her master more scientific teaching planning methods. Although the "seven-step curriculum design" is quite challenging in the initial sorting out, it is like a precise curriculum reconstruction guide that can systematically help teachers to think deeply from goal setting to plan implementation. Using AI-assisted technology has helped her to re-polish the teaching logic and achieve greater breakthroughs in teaching effectiveness.
其他参训教师也分享了各自培训心得。堪萨斯国际学院李永乐老师表示,此次培训让他对AI在教学中的应用有了全新认知,“七步课程设计”流程让他意识到,课程重构需要系统化思维,后续会围绕培养学生的商业智能素养,重新设计课程评价体系。张弛老师则分享了对AI赋能实践教学的思考。“在新闻与传播专业课程中,AI内容生成工具已广泛应用,但如何引导学生正确使用这些工具,避免陷入同质化创作,是教学的关键。”他表示,“七步课程设计”为其提供了清晰的重构路径,未来将通过“AI辅助选题+人工深度加工”的模式,培养学生的创新策划和内容把控能力。还有很多参训教师也发表了自己的看法,交流气氛热烈,不同学科的思维碰撞让教师们对AI+X教学有了更丰富的想象。接下来第十一组又分了5个小组进一步讨论学习、完成作业和互评作业。各小组成员认真完成每天布置的作业任务,相互讨论,相互评价,充分达到了培训的效果。
Other participating teachers also shared their training insights. Teacher Li Yongle from Kansas International School said that this training has given him a new understanding of the application of AI in teaching. The "seven-step curriculum design" process has made him realize that curriculum reconstruction needs systematic thinking. He will redesign the course evaluation system around cultivating students' business intelligence literacy in the future. Teacher Zhang Chi shared his thoughts on AI-empowered practical teaching. "In the courses of journalism and communication, AI content generation tools have been widely used, but how to guide students to use these tools correctly and avoid falling into homogenized creation is the key to teaching," he said. "The seven-step curriculum design has provided me with a clear reconstruction path. In the future, I will cultivate students' innovative planning and content control abilities through the model of 'AI-assisted topic selection + in-depth manual processing'." Many other participating teachers also expressed their views. The exchange atmosphere was lively and the collision of ideas from different disciplines has given teachers a richer imagination of AI+X teaching. Next, Group 11 was further divided into five smaller groups to continue discussing, completing assignments and peer reviewing. Members of each small group earnestly completed the daily assigned tasks, discussed with each other and evaluated each other, fully achieving the effect of the training.
此次AI+X教师能力发展培训为堪萨斯国际学院的课程建设与改革指明了方向,激发了教师们探索AI与教学融合的热情。堪萨斯国际学院全体教师将持续探索AI技术赋能下的教学新形态、新方法,全面提升人才培养质量。
This AI+X teacher capacity development training has pointed out the direction for the curriculum construction and reform of Kansas International School and inspired teachers to explore the integration of AI and teaching. All teachers of Kansas International School will continue to explore the new forms and methods of teaching empowered by AI technology and comprehensively improve the quality of talent cultivation.
