中欧协会一带一路经贸工作委员会率波黑塞族共和国高速公路公司赴中国海外工程有限责任公司工作座谈

Invited by the Belt and Road Initiative Economic and Trade Committee of the China-Europe Association for Technical and Economic Cooperation (CEATEC), Radovan Višković, acting director of Republika Srpska Motorways, led a delegation to visit Beijing on the morning of October 30, 2025, and held talks with Jiang Zhe, Chairman of China Overseas Engineering Group Co., Ltd (COVEC). The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on advancing project implementation and enhancing cooperation in infrastructure construction, reaching broad consensus.
姜喆对代表团一行莅临中国海外表示热烈欢迎，对拉多万·维什科维奇董事长长期以来对中国中铁及中国海外给予的深厚信任与鼎力支持表示衷心感谢，并重点介绍了中国海外在波黑塞族共和国的经营开发情况及重点项目推进情况。姜喆表示，中国海外将以项目实施为切入点，充分发挥在基建领域的全产业链优势，积极参与波黑塞族共和国基础设施领域投资建设，为当地社会经济发展及民生福祉提升贡献更多力量。
Jiang Zhe extended a warm welcome to the delegation for their visit to COVEC and expressed gratitude to Radovan Višković for his trust and support to China Railway Group and COVEC. He highlighted COVEC's business development and the progress of key projects in the Republika Srpska. Jiang Zhe stated that COVEC will take project implementation as the starting point, leverage its full industrial chain advantages in the infrastructure sector, and participate in infrastructure investment and construction in the Republika Srpska, and contribute to local socio-economic development and the improvement of people's livelihoods.
拉多万·维什科维奇董事长对中国海外的热情接待表示感谢，并表达了进一步深化双方合作关系的良好愿望。他高度评价了中国海外在推动重点项目进程中所做出的努力及取得的显著成效，并指出波黑塞族共和国现代化进程亟需大规模城市改造与交通基础设施建设，期待双方合作顺利推进，实现当地经济与企业发展的相互促进、互利共赢。
Radovan Višković expressed his gratitude for the warm reception by COVEC and wished to further deepen the cooperation between the two sides. He spoke highly of the efforts made and the achievements attained by COVEC in advancing key projects. He pointed out that the modernization of the Republika Srpska requires large-scale urban renovation and transportation infrastructure construction. He looks forward to the cooperation between both parties, achieving win-win outcomes for the local economy and the development of enterprises.
中国欧洲经济技术合作协会一带一路经贸工作委员会主任陈慧、中国进出口银行、中国建设银行、中铁四局相关负责人，中国海外副总经理王宏铭、市场部（投融资部）、中东欧公司相关负责人等一同参加了此次会谈。
Also present at the talks were Ms. Chen Hui, director of the Belt and Road Initiative Economic and Trade Committee of CEATEC, and representatives from the Export-Import Bank of China, China Construction Bank, China Railway No.4 Engineering Group, as well as Wang Hongming, Deputy General Manager of COVEC, representatives from the Marketing/Investment and Financing Department and the Central and Eastern Europe Reginal Company of COVEC.
