大家一般都用什么呢？红外？可我安装了samsang网站上提供的那个easy studio，打开就出错，根本没法传mp3啊，照片啊什么的，咋回事啊？？

If you want to use IR to transfer mp3 or pic to your D500,then use a computer with a IR adapter( Normally, most laptops have IR device). There's no need for anysoftware.
Easystudio is for transfering using USB cable or COM cable.
In you case, I think that you probably need to buy a data cable or find a IR adapter

一定要在手机电池特别满的时候，刚充好电，一点都没用过的状态才能用数据线传输
