请教笔记本关税问题
我的一位朋友从美国捎来一台笔记本，原价大概2500美金吧，我想请教一下各位朋友，不知道带它入德国海关要交多少税?本人先谢过了!nothing
As personal use, cost nothing.But, you'd better take it out from the box. 别忘了拆掉包装,不要让海关觉得是新的.

祝你好运！ j要交消费税16%。2种情况：
1。朋友直接带进德国的话就按楼上的朋友说是用过的，拆了包装，问题不大（胆子大就行了）。
2。如果是寄的话，问题比较大，情况是这样的：
如果你说是礼物 （按新的算），德国规定是如下：
the German customs regulations regarding giftshiptments are as follows:
We only can declare gifts from a private perosn to a private person upto a
value of 400USD.
如果你朋友给你寄，you can declared it as temporary imports for private studying purposes, but only if youconfirm that this is a USED computer with not more than 1000USD value. 也就是说，即使是用过的，超过1000USD，就要交税。一般现在的电脑都超过这个价格，所以不太好逃税（胆子大的可以试试，比较难，海关一般不会批准）
所以，不得已情况下才寄。
