汤种汉堡面包+我家汉堡

如果食友们之前有看过我的帖子,那么一定对汤种不会太陌生了。。。。
汉堡面包我以前也做过,不过没有家汤种,所以口感不一样,正确保存几天后,很显然加了汤种的面包还是相当柔软和新鲜。。。。

我讲讲整形
面团头次发酵好了之后,排出气体,分成9份,每份大约是60-62克,滚圆静置15分钟左右,再排出气体,滚圆,在湿布上滚一下,然后沾上芝麻粒。。。进行最后发酵

175C左右烘烤15分钟。。。。

这种快餐很容易的,真的,不打诳语,就是把汤种汉堡面包烘烤好了,就好了一大半。。。。
吃薯条最好就配上Tzaziki

肉饼很容易做的,调料备好,最好用牛绞肉,面包糠,少许水,切半个洋葱,(切细了)混合搅拌就可以了。

你的问题没啥错的。。。那个汉堡人不一定就知道多清楚。。。。所以Hamburger里头用的是牛肉,而不是ham.

Why is it "Where's the beef" when it should be where's the ham?
