500克 中筋粉
1包/15克 烤粉
1小勺 盐
1/2 小勺 砂糖
500毫升 啤酒
500 g All-purpose flour
1 pkt/15 g Baking powder
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Sugar
500 ml Beer

1. 把面粉,盐和砂糖混合。一边搅拌一边慢慢加入啤酒。面糊稍微稠。
Mix together flour, salt and sugar in a mixing bowl. Gradually add in beer while stirring. The batter should be thick and liquid alike.
2. 吐司烤模抹油洒粉,把面糊倒入,入预热175C/350F烤箱中层烘焙大约60分钟。
Grease and thinly flour a toast bread pan. Pour in the batter and bake in the middle of a preheated 175C/350F oven for about 60 minutes.
3. 取支烤肉木叉叉入面团中间,取出后如果是干净的,那么就是熟了。关闭烤箱电源,把面包从烤盘取出,继续留在烤箱里10分钟。
Insert a woodpick, if came out with clean, then the bread is done. Turn off the oven and turn bread out from the pan, and leave it in the oven for another 10 minutes.

是噢,好奇ING,酒味浓:P吗 谢谢你昨天的回帖,我也跟着你做。还想问你你是否有德国做最普通的小面包的方子 是哦,好奇ing,啤酒面包不知道吃起来什么味道$frage$ 口感和一般的Brot有什么不同啊?:P MM是不是在文学城上也发帖子呢,怎么改了个名字呀
