求助去匈牙利签证问题

大家好 小弟想9月分从德国去匈牙利 应该去哪个城市签证都需要什么东西忘有经验的兄弟姐妹告知谢谢$汗$

for München, it costs 30euro, the consulate is close to ostbahnhof. you get ur visa within 1 week.
