Voipstunt有出现问题了， you are not allowed to make this call

昨天充了值打了家里的电话不错，就是打手机的时候收费了

今天再打家里的电话和手机，都不行，出错信息是Call ended, sorry, you are not allowed to make this call

请问有人碰到这个问题过吗？$怒吼$

试试拨一下德国手机，让它扣你20几cent，半夜12点以后也许就恢复了。
