Apple Marzipan Tart / 苹果杏仁塔

#派饼底:
200克 中筋粉
100克 杏仁粉
50克 砂糖
1个 蛋黄
1/2小勺 烤粉
135克 牛油
#内馅:
200克 杏仁糕
125克 牛油
2个 鸡蛋
1个 蛋白
75克 糖粉
100克 中筋粉
25克 椰丝
1小勺 烤粉
400克 青苹果,削皮去核
#Crust Pastry:
200 g All-purpose flour
100 g Ground almond
50 g Sugar
1 pc Egg yolk
1/2 tsp Baking powder
135 g Butter
#Filling:
200 g Marzipan
125 g Butter
2 pcs Eggs
1 pc Egg white
75 g Powdered sugar
100 g All-purpose flour
25 g Coconut shreds
1 tsp Baking powder
400 g Apples, peeled, cored

1. 把派饼底的所有材料都放到一个搅拌盆里,混合成团用保鲜膜包好入冰箱大约30分钟。取出后放到一个9-10寸的抹油可脱烤模中,轻轻将面团朝烤模四周匀推开,(大约4厘米高度)。用叉插几十个小孔,盖好再松弛冷藏20分钟。
Place all the ingredients for the crust pastry in a mixing bowl, mix them well to form a dough. Wrap and chill for 30 minutes. Press dough evenly against the bottom and sides (up to 4cm high)of a greased 9-10-inch springform pan. Cover and rest in fridge for 20 minutes.
2. 将杏仁糕,牛油和糖粉用搅拌器打3分钟直到材料完全均匀。徐徐加入全蛋和蛋白搅打均匀。 筛入面粉和烤粉拌至顺滑。
Beat marzipan paste, butter and powdered sugar with an electric mixer for 3 minute or until well combined. Gradually beat in whole eggs and egg white. Sift the flour and baking powder into the mixture and mix until the whole mixture is smooth and creamy.

3. 苹果切成粗丁加入面糊后倒入备好的派饼。入预热180C/350F烤箱烘焙约55分钟直到馅料凝固且金黄即可。
Add in the coarsely diced apples and spread evenly into the prepared crust. Bake in a preheated 180C/350F oven for about 55 minutes until the filling is golden brown and firm in the center.
