现在给大家上Italian Bruschetta Recipe的方子..但是全是英文的,LG一边说,我一边写的..如果有需要的改天我再弄个中文版吧.Italian Bruschetta Recipe
Ingredients Preparations:
1.very fresh tomatoes, not too hard.
2.very fresh garlic
3.very fresh basil (German word is: Basilikum)
4.Pesto algenovese (if you like, if you don’t, then forget it.)
5.very good olive oil.
6.fresh and warm Baguette.
7.tiny bit of Lemon Juice.
Step1: Sauce
1. Cut tomatoes into small pieces, around 1cm long. Put them into the bowl, including the tomatoes juice.
2. Cut the garlic into really small pieces; the garlic amount is depending on your taste.
3. The same procedure with Basil and Pesto algenovese. But don’t cut basil into too small pieces.
4. Now put them(1,2,3) all into the bowl.
And then add some salt, a little bit black pepper, olive oil, tiny bit of lemon juice.
5. And then take a fork, mix all the ingredients together and also smash them together with the fork. But be sure that the sauce is not juice.
6. Let the sauce rests for about half an hour so that the ingredients will blend nicely.
Step2: Cook the Baguette
1. Cut the Baguette into slices.
2. Warm up the olive oil in the pan, not too hot…. Put the Baguette into the pan so that the Baguette get warm and a little crunchy.
3. And then take the baguettes out of the pan and arrange them on the plate. The Brown side up.
Step3: The final step
1. Use a spoon, put the sauce onto each piece Baguette. Make sure you have enough Basil leaves left over, so that now you can put one or two leaves on each bread.
2. Now you can eat Good appetite!!
