毛病是，只是不能看sms，把sms关掉，别的什么都正常。

具体那个型号啊。

Hard Reset后资料会丢失，你要备份好。

Xda Neo:
Softreset: Stylus ins Reset-Loch unten am Gerät stecken.
Hardreset: danach die Comm-Manager Taste und die Kamera-Taste gedrückt halten (beide auf der linken Seite), dann warten bis auf dem Display die weisse Schrift "Send" auf schwarzem Hintergrund erscheint. Die grüne Hörertaste (Send) drücken, Fertig.
Oder: Start\ Einstellungen\ System\ "Speicher löschen" und dort "1234" eingeben.

其实不用RESET, 只要注册一下CESTAR就可以了
你可以试试PoctetBackup之类的软件, 可以像PC上的GHOST一样科隆, 硬起了以后恢复就可以了
