楼主，据我所知，动脉瘤是脑血管畸形的一种，不是恶性肿瘤，但是一旦出血，会引起严重后果，甚至瘫痪和死亡。我之所以了解一些，是我以前有动静脉畸形，是脑血管畸形的另一种，我曾经在德国治疗过，了解一些。如果上面的是这种病的话，我可以把我治疗的情况告诉你。

刚刚又问了那个同学，他说现在主要的问题是赶快解除痉挛， 但愿德国有好方法。
在网上搜索了一下几个名词的英文术语（由于不是学医的，不知是否准确，供参考）：
后交通动脉瘤 the posterior communicating artery aneurysm，其中，posterior communicating artery 意为“后交通动脉”，aneurysm 意为 “动脉瘤”；
基底动脉瘤 the basilar artery aneurysm ；
脑干 the brain stem ；
痉挛 convulsion
另外国内神经外科比较出名的医院有不少，比如北京的天坛医院，宣武医院，上海的华山医院。
关于德国的，听人提起过Hannover的INI，刚才网上搜了一下，网址如下
