如果你是短期再Regensburg居住的话，在北威州没有abmelden，确实不能说明是属于慕尼黑管辖。
请问，你8月31日以后准备在哪里签证？如果还是在北威州的话，估计你只能到法兰克福换护照啦。

我是准备在Regensburg延签，我们那个鬼地方延签麻烦死了。由于7月底才到Regensburg,刚在这里anmelden。我是在这里做实习，至少呆上半年。今天电话根本没人接阿，每次6，7声以后我才挂的。埃。。。
延不了护照，签证就延不了几个月，我还等着签证来和公司延合同。所以麻烦事到一起去了。
埃，不行就去法兰克福算了。就怕那边也不给我换护照。
