voipstunt的sound device problem是怎么回事？

买了新本本，vista系统，结果voip不能打了，每次都是说：the call failed due to sound device problems on this computer
但是我qq和人语音聊天都没问题的啊
我的账号在朋友的本本上就能用:( :(

下的也是新版本，说可以支持vista来着
