和pdf的程序有关，这个程序不支持320x480的分辨率。

T3的hard rest步骤如下。注意，hard rest会清除所有资料，事前要备份好资料。就是按着power键不放，然后同一下Rest，然后等到出来Palm Logo了，再放掉Power键。出来个菜单，你选择向上键就好了。
Perform a "hard reset" on your handheld:
Slide open your handheld
While pressing on the Power button use the tip of your stylus to press the Reset button on the back of your handheld
Continue holding the Power button until the Palm logo is displayed, then release the Power button.
Your screen should now display the following:
Erase all data?
Yes = "up" button
No = any other button
Press the "up" button to erase all data.
Complete the setup on the handheld (picking language, set date/time, etc.)

Hard Rest是恢复系统到出厂设置啊，你说的数据传输软件是什么？Palm只要不刷机，不存在系统没了或坏了，也不用重装系统。系统在rom里面，随便你应用程序怎么搞都不会破坏系统（刷flash软件除外）。

电脑和Palm之间传输据，只要电脑上安装了Palm Desktop软件，而Palm上面运行HotSync就可以了。
