U can search for Englisch subtitles online.

there are plenty of TV shows or movies on eMule, those files in rmvb or rm format usually have integrated chinese subtitle, but those files in avi format or DVD format either come with an english subtitle file or you can download them.

good example: Scrubs (Season I-VII)
